Bloomfield Basketball All Star team prevailed despite an 18 point deficit at half time against a local Middle school team. This was a game to remember as both teams battled at the second half and ended with nail-biting finish. Nathan G. led the team with 24 points and Jordan Ricarte with 12 points. Charlie M., Alec L., Julian A. and Mitch D. scored a combined total of 20 points. Team was coached by Mike D. of Seaholm HS varsity.
All games were played similar to High school game clock rules. 8 minute stop clock and 2 adult MHSAA registered referees. All teams were provided team jersey and shorts for the season. Weekly practices provided by the league helped the teams and players excel with the majority of the players making their respective school teams.
